Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms A. Graham
There will be 2 projects over the year. The focus of the first project will be by negotiation with the teacher and the students. It will involve designing, trialing and making a food product. For this project students will choose 2 standards from either 91608 and 91609 (4 credits each) or 91610 and 91611 (6 credits each).
The second project will be a practically based project where we develop skills making choux pastry and Creme Puffs.
The total number of credits will be 16-20.
Equipment/Stationery
Own laptop or tablet is recommended
$100 course contribution for materials used in class
A high level of commitment will be required from the students enrolling in this course
