Although next year timetables are yet to be finalised, course selection is now finished. Any changes to student courses will now take place in January.

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Andrea Graham.

Objectives:

On completing the course students should be able to:

• Understand the Design Process. This year this has been done around making a gingerbread house.

• Use stakeholder feedback to improve their work

  • Use design development to produce work.
  • Developing practical cooking skills.
