Course Description

On completing this course, students should be able to:
Plan and implement pre determined menus
Design a Menu
Open a pop up restaurant for a day

Students will be required to pay a fee of $100 per term.
Because of the large financial input of this course a high level of
commitment will be required from the students enrolling.
